My primary research interests focus on how selective attention underlies the development of categorization. More specifically, I investigate how selective attention plays a crutial role in driving developmental changes in category learning and generalized behaviors of categorization such as classification, induction and deduction, memory storage and retrieval, information search, and some creative activities such as exemplar generation.
