The Center for Cognitive Science together with participating faculty and departments, offers summer GRA fellowships in cognitive science. The competition is usually announced in the spring for the following summer. Please check back in the spring of 2013 for the Summer GRA 2013 competition.
Financial support to attend Cognitive and Brain Sciences conference
The Cognitive Science Society is an organization devoted to the promotion of cognitive science. Its primary activities include publication of the journal Cognitive Science and sponsorship of an annual conference, which usually takes place for three days in August. In addition to poster and paper sessions, there are workshops and tutorials, and publication of the conference proceedings.
To encourage participation at the annual Cognitive Science Society conference, the Center for Cognitive and Brain Sciences will contribute $200 toward expenses for a graduate or undergraduate student presenting a poster or paper. Only one student per presentation can receive funds in the event coauthors are also students. These funds will be available annually. Please check back in 2013 for the 2013 conference support.
