The 2025 Fall Retreat will be held at the Deer Creek Lodge on September 19-20. Complete this form and email it to ccbs@osu.edu by August 15th to register!

Registration includes a one-night stay in a shared room, meals, and activities. Fees are $40 for student or research staff, and $100 for faculty. Any attendee may request to present a talk or poster at the Retreat and CCBS will select presenters after registration closes.Spouses, partners, and children are permitted to attend and visit the lodge, however, programming will only be provided for the academic group. Additional fees for non-OSU affiliated guests apply.We encourage ride-sharing among guests. If you are willing to drive others or you need a ride, please indicate so on your registration form. Those who drive are eligible for a travel reimbursement from CCBS.
