Genetically sensitive approaches to the study of math and reading cognition

Abstract:

There has been a general acceptance of genetic effects on human cognitive development, in concert with the environment. Using both quantitative and molecular genetic designs we examine the relationship between basic measures of math cognition, and their relationship with psychometric math outcomes, as well as their relationship with reading and language.
