Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

The Center for Cognitive and Brain Sciences and

The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Brain Imaging are hosting a seminar:

presented by OSU’s

Technology Commercialization Office (TCO)

At the Technology Commercialization and Knowledge Transfer Office (TCO) we serve our faculty, researchers, students, and clinicians by turning their inventions, ideas, technologies, and research into business opportunities and products that make an impact in the local and global marketplace.

Abstract:

The Technology Commercialization Office (TCO) manages the intellectual property that you and your colleagues create.  We facilitate patent protection (if needed), evaluate commercial viability, market and license the technology to outside entities so that value returns to the university and to the inventors.  During our presentation, we will describe the services we provide and how we can work together.  The TCO also manages the university’s CDAs and MTAs and we will explain why and how to use those agreements.
