Do-Joon Yi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, Yonsei University, South Korea. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Yonsei University and Ph.D. from Yale University. Before attending Yale, he studied two years at Vanderbilt University. Prior to his current appointment, Do-Joon Yi worked as a postdoctoral research associate for a year at Yale University and at Yonsei University. Do-Joon Yi studies human perception and cognition using psychophysical and neuroimaging methods - with an emphasis on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technique. His current works involve cognitive control of visual attention and memory, neural basis of action construals in social context, and functional connectivity representing self representations.
