Dr. Emily Dringenberg is an Assistant Professor at The Ohio State  University in the Department of Engineering Education.  Her research is focused on decision making within the context of design learning.  She is working to leverage engineering education research to shift the culture of engineering to be more inclusive of diverse individuals and more in alignment with current research on decision making.
