Jingping is a PhD student in social psychology working with Drs. Dylan Wagner and Lisa Libby. She is interested in investigating how people’s relationships and self-perceptions are influenced by real-life social interactions and parasocial interactions (e.g., with fictional characters, AI, or celebrities), using social cognitive and computational methods.
